Terms and Conditions of Booking – FB In A Box Plan Thank you for your interest in the FB In A Box Plan. By booking this plan, you agree to these terms. 1. Booking and Purchase Submit a booking request via our website. Approved requests receive a confirmation email and invoice. Payment is due within 15 business days via wire transfer. Transaction fees are the purchaser’s responsibility. 2. Payment Terms Payments are accepted via wire transfer in USD. Late payments may lead to cancellation of your booking. 4. Access Upon payment, access to digital resources is granted within 5 business days. Access is non-transferable and limited to the purchasing organization. 5. Renewals Terms of renewal will be listed in the SLA. Renewal reminders are sent 30 days in advance. 6. Cancellation • Before Payment you can cancel without penalty. • After Payment refunds are subject to the Refund Policy. 7. Refund Policy Refunds are available only if access hasn’t been granted or if we fail to deliver services. No refunds once materials are accessed. Refunds are processed within 30 business days. 8. Intellectual Property All materials are owned by Friendship Bench Global. You may not copy, share, or modify them without permission. 9. Liability We are not liable for indirect damages or delays due to circumstances beyond our control. 10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on our website. 11.
